Please note that all products displayed on the gallery pages are not available for sale and are only examples. 

Please remember that Rag-a-Muffins are HANDMADE items and slight imperfections may arise with normal use of your tote.  It is our desire that you are FULLY satisfied in your purhcase, in the event that you are not, please send an email to robin@ragamuffintotes.com and you will be contacted shortly. 

All Rag-a-Muffin products are original and unique, there will never be two of the same.

All items are pre-made so your order should be shipped to you as soon as your payment has been approved.  If for some reason your item cannot be shipped right away, you will be notified. 

You will receive care instrustions with your ordered items.
